Where we get to wear all our favorite colors (legit red, white and blue are some of our family’s favorite colors) and eat delicious food. We love getting to spend time around our extended family and lighting off fireworks together! So go dig through your closet to find the most patriot outfit in anticipation of the celebration!
Now, if you are looking for a transportable side dish, look no further. This could even work as your main dish! If you are planning a camping trip this summer, I like to make a big bowl of this to take with us as it makes for an easy meal. My husband loves Italian subs and this dish calls for everything he’d normally put on his Italian sub sandwich.
